State Hub Franchise will directly work in contact with the company .

Works and Responsibility:-

You will have a office in which you will run State Hub Franchise branch of the company .

Your Delivery Related Work:-

Company will leave the goods for delivery at the railway hub or airport hub in your RTD .
You will have to bring that goods from that particular airport hub or railway hub.
Whatever parcel company will give you for delivery of your area, those packet or parcel, you have to deliver within the time through District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets, corporate franchise and delivery Franchise of your area.
Company will send the parcel to you from every part of the country , so you have to collect those packet or parcel from co-loader and manifest in computer and this goods has to be given to District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets, corporate franchise or delivery Franchise for delivery according to their area.
You will have to collect daily delivery report from those delivery partners and update same day or within 12 hr .

Investment

Investment of State Hub Franchise will be between Rs.20 Lac to 25 Lac.

Company will take Rs. 5 Lakh as marketing fee from the State Hub Franchise that will be for 6 months.

State Hub Franchise also has to keep a computer operator in his office.Computer and computer operator will have to be increased after increasing the work.
State Hub Franchise has to keep 24 hr . Internet facility in his office because company software runs from internet.
Color coordination of state hub franchise will be according to company rule.
State Hub Franchise has to keep a boy for delivery and sorting.
State Hub Franchise has to keep a pickup and a delivery boy in his office.
When work will be increased then State Hub Franchise has to keep a Transport vehicle like Tata 207, Tata 407, and franchise has to stick RTD Express logo on those transport vehicles compulsory .

If a franchise books 500 packet per day and leaves those Packet to the State Hub then If 100

franchise works properly

100 Franchise x 500 Packet = 50000 Packet

Company gives 1 Rs per KG then

50000 Packet x Rs 1 = Rs. 50000 per day

50000 x 30 = Rs. 1500000/- per month

Bonus Earning

If you make Franchise yourself

If you make area District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets, corporate franchise in your area then company gives you Rs.10000/- per franchise and for the training of that Franchise you get Rs. 3000/-.

If you make and train any one franchise then company gives you Rs.13000/- per Franchise.

If you make 200 Franchise then company gives you 200 X 13000 = Rs. 2600000/-
