State franchise has to coordinate & support the company staff to build up the network in their area.
State franchise has to take reporting of the company staff.
If a client visits to State Franchise for enquiry state franchise will have to motivate the client and provide information & Rules of the Company.
State franchise can have minimum of 1000 – 15000 number of network franchise in their area including Super franchise, Outlet Franchise, Corporate franchise, outlet franchise, area franchise and booking counters.
State franchise will be responsible for giving and taking of bills/receipts from their network franchise in their area which includes Super franchise, Outlet Franchise, Corporate franchise, outlet franchise, area franchise and booking counters
State franchise will be responsible to train their network franchise in their area again in case of non-working of the franchisers properly, unable to fulfil the responsibilities or in need.
State franchise has the authority to penalize the network franchise in their area in case of non working properly also non payment of bills in time. The network franchise includes Super franchise, Outlet Franchise, Corporate franchise, outlet franchise, area franchise and booking counters
State franchise must inform to the Company in case of the State franchise has penalised his network area franchise TWO Times still the franchise is unable to do their work properly.
If any of the network area franchise refuses to make the payment of bills, state franchise has the authority to penalize that franchise or in case they again refuse the payments of bills state franchise must lock their software so that franchise cannot be able to book any packet or parcel.
State franchise will have to do bookings from Whole Area of his State or will have to do Corporate Sales.
State franchise is required do bookings from corporate clients with sales more than 1 Lac.
Corporate clients like Airtel, Reliance, IDEA, LIC Company, any institute or any Real-estate company.
State Franchise also has to arrange meetings with corporate clients.
State Franchise will have to finalize the corporate rate in meeting with Corporate Clients.
State Franchise will have to e-mail finalized corporate rate to his seniors and to the Company.
State Franchise will start to pick the packets from its corporate clients after getting approval and make entry of those packets in computer. He will leave those packets in Corporate Hub Franchise’s office.
State Franchise will make the billing at the end of the month to its corporate client and also has to collect the payment in his name within 5 days.
Company will bill you in every 15 days and you have to make that payment within 5 days of receiving the bills.
State Franchise will have to purchase shipment from the company in advance on company’s decided rates. Shipment once purchased will not be taken back by the Company for any reason.
Investment of State Franchise will be between Rs.20 Lac to 25 Lac.
And it will depend on his demarcated area whether it is Rs. 20 Lac or Rs.25 Lac.
Company will take Rs. 5 Lakh as marketing fee from the State Franchise that will be for 6 months.
Company will take Rs. 5 Lakh as branding fee from the State Franchise that will be for 10 years.
It will be deposited in the form of interest-free Refundable Security funds with the Company.
Interest Free Security funds will be100% refundable.
State franchise will take the office of around 500 sq. Ft. To 1500 sq. ft.
State franchise will also require of a computer and an operator for the operation.
State franchise will need a 24-hour internet also as the company's software runs from the Internet

You must have a printer so that you can give the print of your bill to each of the client also print out of manifest can be given at the Corporate hub.
You will also have to keep the scanner in your office so that you will be able to scan the P O D of the packet that arrives for delivery and send it through email to the company and the client.
You will also have a bar code reader so that you will be able to entry the bulk freights/courier.
Company will provide a sales team to create a network of state franchise
Channel Sales Manager, RSM, ZSM, ASM, all these staff from company will create Supers franchise, corporate franchise, franchise outlets, booking counter and area franchise under State franchise.
Company's sales team will be seating in the office of state franchise.
Company will provide a BDM to the state franchise.
Company’s BDM will help you in making tie up with the Corporate Clients.
BDM will help to make the tie up with all the network franchise under state franchise.
State franchise has to give the training to all the franchise time to time with the help company staff.
Company will pay 1000 per franchise for the first training and 500 for second time of training.
If Company provides 1000 to 1500 Franchise in a year or two, then Company will pay to the State Franchise on account of giving training to the Franchise
