An experienced individual from the industry, with basic office infrastructure, an investment capacity and business contacts with corporate houses, is eligible to become a Prime Time Express Corporate Franchisee to promote its products and services. This is a highly specialized form of franchisee, which the company appoints selectively.

All the above franchisees are responsible for the protection of the Prime Time Express brand and upholding the corporate image in their territory or area of operations.

New franchises are given the opportunity to join as Single Unit Franchisees, and slowly graduate to higher categories explained above.

Association with Prime Time Express

Corporate Franchise:-

  • Corporate Franchise is the Franchise that can book Courier & Cargo in any location.
  • Corporate Franchise has to directly work under Company .
  • Company will help to corporate franchise in making 50 – 60 corporate clients and corporate franchise has to booking couriers with these corporate clients.
  • Corporate Franchise will be responsible to drop all booked Courier & Cargos at Hub.
  • Corporate Franchise will handle at least 50-60 Corporate Clients and corporate franchise will collect
  • their booked courier packets daily and after entry in computer software corporate franchise will drop those packets in hub.
  • Corporate Franchise is the franchise that can only book couriers and that could be any shopkeeper .

Responsibilities Of Corporate Franchise:-

  • Corporate franchise has to book goods for his own city and another cities also.
  • Corporate franchise will book packet also and whatever packets he books then he has to entry of those
  • packets in computer and after that he has to drop those packets to hub.
  • Company will provide you a BDM for your support and company will pay him salary .
  • Company provided BDM will arrange your meetings and tie up with corporate clients.
  • B.D.M. will be responsible to enhance and promote your and company business.
  • You will help BDM in your area to collect the corporate data of the companies so that you can work for yourself and company .
  • Corporate franchise has to work with the corporate clients in his area and he has to bring their packets to his office and after entry in computer he has to drop those packets to co loader and hub.
  • Corporate franchise has to make more and more corporate clients in his area with the help of company
  • provided BDM and corporate clients can be more and more.
  • Corporate franchise has to arrange meetings with corporate clients. Corporate franchise has to finalize
  • the corporate rates and he has to inform his seniors and company through e-mail and after getting the
  • approval he has to start pickup from the corporate clients and after entry in computer software he has to drop those packets to hub. In the end of the month corporate franchise will billing to corporate clients and within next 5 days he will collect the payment in his own name from the corporate clients.
  • After making the agreement with the corporate client you have to arrange a meeting to make him understand about your Best Services and pick up.
  • Corporate franchise will make him understand about Bill payment, payment time, pick up time, shipment search on internet and information about Banned Items.
  • Whatever goods you book per day so you have to entry of that goods in computer daily .
  • Whatever goods you book per day then you have to drop that goods in company said office or hub franchise.
  • Company will billing you in every 15 days and you have to pay that in next 5 days.
  • Franchise has to purchase shipment in advance from the company on company decided rates and
  • shipment once purchased will never be taken back for any reason.

Investment:-

  • Investment of Corporate Franchise will be between Rs. 15 Lac to 20 Lac.
  • And it will depend upon his demarcated area whether it is Rs. 1 Lac or Rs.5Lac.
  • It will be deposited as interest free refundable security in company’ s account.
  • Interest Free Security deposit will be 100% refundable.
  • Corporate Franchise has to take a office of approximately 100 sq. Ft. T o 200 sq. Ft.
  • Corporate Franchise has to keep a computer and a computer operator for operations.
  • Corporate Franchise has to avail 24 hr . Internet facility in his office as company software runs from internet.
  • Weighing machine should be available to take the weight of the shipment.
  • Corporate Franchise should have a printer in their office so that they could give the bill to their clients and print manifest to Hub.
  • Corporate Franchise has to keep a scanner in their office; if there is a packet to deliver in their area then
  • you can scan the POD of that courier & cargo and send it to the client through email.
  • Corporate Franchise has to keep a Bar Code Reader in their office for Bulk Courier Entries.
  • Corporate Franchise has to keep a boy for sorting.
  • Corporate Franchise has to keep a pickup and a delivery boy in his office.
  • Corporate Hub Franchise have to paint his office according to company's rule.
  • When work will be increased then Corporate Franchise has to keep a Transport vehicle like Tata 207, T ata 407, and franchise has to stick Prime Time Express logo on those transport vehicles compulsory .

Company Support:-

  • Company will appoint BDM to make corporate clients for Corporate Franchise
  • Company will pay you 2 months' salary for a BDM to generate the business

Marketing Support:-

  • Company will give advertisement in news papers for your promotion.
  • Company will give advertisement in all TV Channels for your promotion.
  • Company will provide you pamphlets to distribute in your area for your promotion.
  • Company will give advertisement on internet website for your promotion.
  • Company will upload your Franchise details on company website for co-ordination & promotion.
  • Company will register your Franchise on Just Dial.
  • Company will also provide you other stationary like MRP Chart, Pin Code List, Franchise Kit, pamphlet etc.
  • For business increments, company will tie up with corporate clients in your area.

Your Earnings:-

You can earn through various aspects:-
  • Corporate Franchise will earn 40% to 60% profit on Normal Plans.
  • Corporate Franchise will earn 40% to 50% profit on special Plans.
  • Company will give you a fix rate.
  • You will provide above rates to the corporate clients from our decided rates.
  • If your rates are according to 250 gram per packet then-
  • If you book a packet for your city and you have to pay 5 Rs. to company then you can charge 8,10,20, or 40 Rs. per packet from that client.
  • If you book a packet for your state and you have to pay 7 Rs. to company then you can charge 10,15,20, or 40 Rs. per packet from that client.
  • If you book a packet for your zone and you have to pay 20 Rs. to company then you can charge 25,30,50, or 60 Rs. per packet from that client.
  • If you book a packet for rest of India and you have to pay 30 Rs. to company then you can charge 40, 50, 70, or 100 Rs. per packet from that client.

If you book packets yourself :-

If you book a packet of Rest of India at Rs. 100/- MRP then you have to deposit Rs. 35/- to company and your profit will be Rs. Rs. 65/- per packet.

If you book 100 packets per day then your profit per day will be –

100 (packet) x Rs. 65/- (profit per packet = Rs. 6500/ per day.

Profit on the booking corporate client

Company will be giving you 50-60 corporate clients for business.

Profit on Within City:-

If you book or receive a packet for delivery within the City; In that case you have to give 5rs. For per packet to the company and over it you can take 10 , 20 or 40 rs. per packet from the customer. Suppose you have 1000 packets for booking come to within the City and you take 10 rs. Per packet to the customer and to the company you have to give 5 rs. Per packet. In between this you have profit 5 rs. per packet. So, If you have 1000 packets you will profit 1000x5= 5000 /- per day. Similarly, In a month you will get profit of 5000x30= 150000/-

Profit on Within State:-

If you book or receive a packet for delivery within the State; In that case you have to give 7rs. per packet to the company and over that you can take 15, 20 or 40 rs. per packet from the customer. Suppose you have 1000 packet for booking come to within the State and you take 12 rs. Per packet to the customer and to the company you have to Gave 7 rs. Per packet. In between this you have profit 5 rs. Per packet. So, If you have 1000 packets you will profit 1000x5=5000/- per day. Similarly, In a month you will get profit of 5000x30= 150000/-

Profit on Within Zone:-

If you book or receive a packet for delivery within the Zone; In that case you have to give 20rs. per packet to the company and over that you can take 30, 35 or 40 Rs. per packet from the customer. Suppose you have 1000 packet for booking come to within the Zone and you take 30 rs. Per packet to the customer and to the company you have to Give 20 Rs. Per packet. In between this you have profit 10rs. Per packet. So, If you have 1000 packets you will profit 1000x10= 10000 /- per day. Similarly, In a month you will get profit of 10000x30= 300000/-

Profit on within Rest of India:-

If you book or receive a packet for delivery within the Rest of India; In that case you have to give 30rs. Per packet to the company and over that you can take 40, 45 or 80 rs. Per packet from the customer, suppose you have 1000 packet for booking come to within the Rest of India and you take 40 Rs. Per packet to the customer and to the company you have to give 30 Rs. Per packet. In between this you have profit 10rs. Per packet. So, If you have 1000 packets you will profit 1000x10= 10000 /- per day. Similarly, In a month you will get profit of 10000x30= 300000/

Bonus Earning

If any of company staff make District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets, corporate franchise your area then company will give you Rs. 2000/- profit per area Franchise.

Example

If there are 50 District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets,

corporate franchise in your area then you will get

50 ( Franchise) x Rs. 2000/- (Per Franchise) = Rs. 100000/- you get.

Note: -For this you will have to train Area Franchise for packet and parcel services as Rate Calculate, Customer support, Banned Items, Online Tracking etc.

If you make Franchise yourself

If you make area District franchises and corporate hub franchisee, area franchise, franchise outlets, corporate franchise in your area then company gives you Rs.10000/- per franchise and for the training of that Franchise you get Rs. 3000/-.

If you make and train any one franchise then company gives you Rs.13000/- per Franchise.

Example

If you make 50 Franchise then company gives you 50 X 13000 = Rs. 650000/-
